Teacher Workshops

School Collaborations with the College of Fine and Applied Arts

March 31
9 am—12 pm
3 CPDUs
How can the arts help your students? Hear real stories from teachers about partnerships they have with the many units of the College of Fine and Applied Arts—and find out how you can do it too! Your students could learn about Africa by working with artists and musicians, experience a week-long museum field trip, or see and hear instruments from all over the world. At this workshop, you will meet outreach and engagement staff members from Krannert Art Museum, Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, School of Music, and others. The workshop will also include time to brainstorm how to make your ideas happen.
